ART SALES AND RENTAL
Drumcondra Gallery & Framing is celebrating 27 years of business serving the public with contemporary Australian fine art for rent and sale. Choosing an original work from Drumcondra Gallery is an inexpensive way to enliven your business or home. Paintings and prints by more than 50 artists are available for your home or office from as little as $20 per month. Our artists represent all media and styles of art from the old masters to traditional and modern works of art.
RENTAL PLAN
We offer a simple plan where the rental fee is applied to the value of the art work. You may rent on a weekly monthly or yearly basis. Should you decide to purchase the work of art, the rental fee paid will be deducted from the purchase price.
FEE STRUCTURE
Purchase Price Up To $400 - $20 PCM, $401-$800 - $40 PCM, $801-$1200 - $60 PCM, $1201-$2000 - $95 PCM
$2001-$5000 - $170 PCM, $5001-$10,000 - $260 PCM
Another service we offer is a professional picture hanging service.
